Thrive Medical & Retail, 

Saratoga Springs, Utah

IN DEVELOPMENT

A 15,000 SF ground-up medical office building, now in design and preconstruction with Blackstone as general contractor. Bids are coming in at or under budget, and delivery is expected in 2027.

Project 2

Financial Institution,

Pocatello, Idaho

A 6,500 SF ground-up build for a regional financial institution, delivered as general contractor in 2013.

Project 3

Our Own Office Build Out,

Lehi, Utah (2026)

A 1,500 SF tenant improvement build-out of our own office at 90 N 500 W in Lehi, completed in 2026 through BCS, our fast-turn unit for projects like this. We ran it the way we run every TI job: fast estimate, tight schedule, no surprises. The difference is that this time, the client walks the job site every morning.
