Our History: Institutional & Special Purpose Projects

Before focusing exclusively on medical office and retail, Blackstone built a track record of special-purpose commercial and institutional construction: more than 150,000 square feet of ground-up work across six states. These projects demanded the same discipline we bring to our current work: code compliance, schedule management, and quality control.
